Fontenay 1919 2nd Floor Bath Remodel

The old closet was converted to a full bath.

This 2nd floor room did not have bathroom access which made it hard to use as a bedroom.

Creative planning squeezed a nicely sized shower, pedestal lav & toilet into a small closet.
