This fireplace rebuild in Fernway was designed & built by the K&C team.

Historical accuracy is what we strive to achieve.

Detailing of this fireplace is indicative of the homes of the era in the Fernway neighborhood.

Stairs were totally torn out and rebuilt

Major structural issues required a full main stair tear out and rebuild.

Before & After multi-room remodel.

Structural issues required removal and replacement of floors, walls, millwork and more.

All new hardwood floors were installed and finished on the first floor.

All new millwork was installed & finished onsite.

Soft maple was used to achieve proper grain, texture and color when all the millwork was repalced.
